30-Day Return Policy

At Chaman Dental Supplier (YES DENTAL), we stand behind the quality of our dental instruments and equipment. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

• Time Frame: Returns accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• Condition: Products must be unused, unsterilized, and in original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories.
• Proof of Purchase: Original invoice or order confirmation required.
• Non-returnable items: Customized instruments, opened sterile packs, disposable items, and products damaged due to misuse.

📦 Return Process

1. Contact our support team at 08071793709 or email info@chamandentalsupplier.com with your order details and reason for return.
2. Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number within 2 business days.
3. Pack the product securely in original packaging.
4. Ship the product to our Delhi warehouse address (provided with RA number).
5. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error.

💰 Refunds

• Processing Time: 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
• Refund Method: Same payment method used for purchase (Bank transfer/NEFT for corporate orders).
• Restocking Fee: 10% restocking fee for non-defective returns (minimum ₹500).
• Shipping Charges: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

🔄 Replacements / Exchanges

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Provide photos/videos of the defect or damage.
• We will arrange a free pickup and replacement at no extra cost.
• Replacement shipped within 3-5 business days.

📞 Warranty Claims (1 Year Warranty)

All dental instruments come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

• Warranty does not cover: Normal wear and tear, corrosion from improper sterilization, dropping/damage, or unauthorized repairs.
• For warranty claims, send the instrument to our address. After inspection, we will repair or replace at no charge (shipping fees may apply).

❓ Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without any charges.
• After 24 hours or once order is processed for shipping, cancellation may incur a 5% processing fee.
• For bulk/corporate orders (above ₹50,000), cancellation policy may vary. Please contact us directly.
